4 Interesting Areas In Tokyo

Tokyo is a unique because You can see or feel a different atmosphere of the city by just moving on a few districts. This is one of highlights of traveling Tokyo. This time, I’m going to share you about the color of cities.

Anime/Manga Area

Akihabara

I think this is quite famous in the world that Akihabara is as famous as Animation, Manga, and Otaku cultures. You can find charactor items that you like and try UFO catcher to get a plushie and so on. You will see a big signage with a charactor. Here are also many shops which sell electric parts too. And  Those shops are tax-free usually. So you can buy gaming desktop computer and gadgets.

Nakano

By the way, I have something especially for a person who love anime is Nakano-Broadway. This is not area actually. It is a conglomerate building. Many unique shops inside this building. I think everyone can enjoy and find something interesting. When I visited here, I ate corn taste ice cream haha.

Traditional Area

Asakusa is also quite famouse with this big lantern. Around here are traditional buildings and shops which sell Japanese-style confection. You can also try ricksha. After you visit here, you can go to Akihabara or Tokyo Sky Tree because those are near from here.

Fashion Area

If you want to look for Kawaii fashion, I recommend you to come to Harajuku. Here has many small clothes shops which sell unique clothes. Here is famous as crapes too so you must try it 😉

Music Instrumental Area

If you are interested in music instrumentals, Ochanomizu are is a good place to you. I think this area hasn’t been famous yet but there are many instrumental shops and pre-loved instrumentals shops. And many shops are applied tax-free as I post bofore. This area is near from Akihabara so you can come after you visit there.
