Have you ever heard the name “Ebisu” before? Ebisu is located at next to Shibuya. Ebisu is from just one stop from Shibuya station by Yamanote-line and you can also come to here by walk. There are many good restaurants, unique Japanese bars, a shrine, etc.

  • Ice cream with Monaka.
  • Dried sea weeds with salt.
  • Tea.

I chose 3 flavors; Japanese Tea, Yomogi(Artemisia), Strawberry milk. Like these, Flavors are base on Japanse foods. Another flavors are Kinako(soy powder), Orange, Karinto(Japanse traditional snack, taste like black sugar.) Flavors will be changed each season.

Flavors are sounds unique but those are not strange tastes. It’s delicious. I’ve tried tomato flavor before, it was also good 😉

How many flavors you can choose is depends on which size you chose. This is most smallest one.

Monaka

Monaka is Japanese traditonal cookie but it’s not sweet as same as cookie. Dip or scoop Monaka to ice cream and eat it with ice cream like this.

What’s seaweeds for?

Ice cream is sweet and seaweeds are salty. So you can eat seaweeds when you feel too sweet in your mouth because of the ice cream. Or it can make in your mouth even after you eat the ice cream with tea. So it is a kind of palate cleanser.
